Relaxing Retreat

The pools at the Grand Park Royal were a great way to unwind. Despite closing at 8 PM for cleaning, I appreciated that the staff took the time to ensure everything was spotless. Stunning Ocean Views

I was thrilled with my room's ocean view. Every morning, I could wake up to amazing scenery right from my balcony. The room was also very clean and well-appointed, making it a comfortable sanctuary after a long day of activities. My stay at Park Royal Puerto Vallarta had its ups and downs. The staff was incredible, especially Samuel, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. However, the hotel was under construction, which affected our dining options.
